|   Boost Health with Pharmaceutical-Grade Nutrients
In my humble opinion, you can't live well without great health. We focus so much attention on making money, finding love, wearing great clothes...but too often we pay little or no attention at all to building our own personal health. If you stop and think about it, without your health, your ability to enjoy life is limited.
I am a big believer in stacking the odds in my favor. Yes, there are many things that I can't control in life. I may not be able to control my destiny, or my own genetics. But I definitely can control how well I take care of myself.
Whatever it is you enjoy about being alive, you must admit you enjoy it more when you feel good. Feeling tired, sick or in a bad mood cuts down on the enjoyment factor of life. I do believe you can shift your quality of health with some focus. We are all born with a genetic "marker", but we can slide that considerably in one direction or the other based on environmental factors, a big part of which includes diet and nutritional supplementation.
The vitamin industry has been getting a bad reputation lately, and quite frankly, they deserve it. There are companies out there that don't fill the bottles with the ingredients specified on the label, that pay highschool kids or others with little or no independent training $8 an hour to sell you vitamins whether you need them or not, or produce supplements using varieties of nutrients that they know will not absorb into the body. All in the name of the fast buck. It has become virtually impossible to walk into a store these days and know which vitamins just talk the talk and which are able to walk the walk.
For that reason, I am very much in favor of pharmaceutical-grade nutrients. Pharmaceutical nutrients are ony available through doctors and licensed practitioners. They are tested and re-tested for their ability to perform, and they are third-party tested to verify that the bottles contain exactly what they say they do. And in most cases, they cost no more than the over-the-counter brands. It is responsible supplementation.
I have included here on the site some of the pharmaceutical-grade nutrients I feel are vital for many of us. I don't think everyone should be taking 30 pills a day, but I do think that in addition to cleaning up the diet, intelligent supplementation can considerably improve mental clarity, energy levels, immunity, skin health, and help you age gracefully.
